Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective: September 29, 2026. Shipping arrangements depend on product type, order size, destination and the terms confirmed in your quote.

1. Order processing

For in-stock standard items, our planning target is typically 1–3 business days after an order is accepted and payment or credit requirements are satisfied. Custom, converted, printed, oversized or supplier-direct items may require additional production or handling time.

2. Transit estimates

Parcel and less-than-truckload delivery times vary by destination, service level, carrier network and freight conditions. A typical planning range for many standard shipments may be 2–7 business days after dispatch, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery commitment unless a specific service is confirmed in writing.

3. Freight quotes

Because packaging products can be bulky relative to their value, freight can materially affect total landed cost. Quote requests should include city, state and ZIP code. Residential, limited-access, liftgate, inside-delivery, appointment, redelivery and similar services may carry additional carrier charges.

4. Delivery inspection

Inspect cartons, pallets and shrink wrap at delivery. If there is visible freight damage or a shortage, note it on the delivery record when possible and take photographs before unpacking. Retain packaging, labels and the carrier paperwork while a claim is being reviewed.

5. Address accuracy

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate deliver-to address and for identifying site constraints that may affect freight access. Charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or unreported accessorial requirement may be billed to the buyer where allowed by the applicable commercial terms.

6. Split shipments and backorders

When an order contains products with different availability, we may offer partial shipment or hold the order for consolidation. Any change that affects freight or timing should be confirmed with the buyer before it is treated as final.

7. Delays outside reasonable control

Carrier congestion, severe weather, natural events, labor disruptions, equipment issues, supplier delays, government actions and other events outside reasonable control can affect transit or production. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to communicate material delays that become known to us.

8. International or special destinations

If international shipping, export documentation, Alaska/Hawaii delivery, military addresses or other special destinations are requested, availability and terms will be quoted separately. The buyer may be responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage, permits or import compliance unless agreed otherwise in writing.
